Water Mill Retreat is a luxurious six bedroom, six and a half bathroom villa in the Hamptons, New York. Suitable for up to twelve (12) guests, it is perfect for large families or groups. The spacious villa features a fully equipped modern kitchen, games room, sauna and home theatre with a popcorn machine and projector screen – keeping the whole family entertained. Each bedroom has its own en suite and either a king or queen bed, fireplaces and televisions and large windows are dotted around the home, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day. The outside of the property boasts a large heated swimming pool, wet bar and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the sun or dine in the evenings.

The villa is located in Water Mill, where you can take a walk along Flying Point Beach or visit the Parrish Art Museum. The property is located nearby some of the Hampton’s finest destinations, including many restaurants, art galleries, museums, golf clubs and parks. Water Mill Retreat is just a short drive or walk from beautiful beaches and attractions including the National Wildlife Refuge, Ocean road Beach and Long Island Aquarium: there is so much to see and do in the area.
